We charge shipping fees as follows:
• Low order fee - below 50 Euro order value = 5.95 Euro.
• Shipping fees, standard service, GLS or similar, 2 - 4 days, fee depending on the destination:
- zone 1 - DE - flat rate = 6.95 Euro.
- zone 2 - BE, NL, LU, AT - flat rate = 17.85 Euro.
- zone 3 - GB, LT, EE, SE, RU, LT, SI, FR, PL - flat rate = 29.75 Euro.
- zone 4 - BG, IT, CZ, SK, IE, FI, PT, ES, CH - flat rate = 41.65 Euro.
- zone 5 - all other countries: this program is not equipped to work out shipping fees to other countries - please ask!
• Shipping fees, express service, UPS Express or similar, 1 day, fee depending on the destination:
- zone 1 - DE - flat rate = 22.61 Euro.
- zone 2 - all other countries: this program is not equipped to work out shipping fees to other countries - please ask!
We ship orders after Paypal payment, payment before despatch, and within Germany also COD. We charge COD fees as follows:
- COD fee zone 1 - DE - 9.52 Euro.
Paypal is a payment system which has become popular with internet business. It avoids the risks of credit card payment, is similarly convenient, but cheaper and safer. PayPal operates on the following principle: The buyer opens an account with PayPal. For him this is free of charge. On his order, PayPal will charge his bank account (the one he has allocated for this business), and the seller will at the same time receive the funds. The seller will pay for the transaction fees, and he will despatch the goods. The trick is that the buyer is insured for free - in the case of no shipment etc., he will get his money back!
